Content, Accuracy, And Review
ResearchHub contains user-submitted, administrator-entered, imported, and system-generated information. While the platform is designed for review and quality control, information may be incomplete, stale, duplicated, or incorrect.
- Researchers are encouraged to review and keep their public profiles accurate.
- Partners are responsible for submitting accurate request details and contact information.
- Administrators should review matches, AI outputs, imported data, source URLs, and quality flags before using them operationally.
- ResearchHub may correct, hide, reject, suspend, or remove content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, unsupported, or inconsistent with platform rules.
Partnerships, Introductions, And Funding
ResearchHub helps identify possible research connections, but it does not guarantee introductions, researcher availability, funding eligibility, grant success, commercial outcomes, or partnership agreements.
Any collaboration, funding application, confidentiality arrangement, data-sharing arrangement, intellectual property decision, ethics review, procurement decision, or contract should be handled through the appropriate institutional and legal processes.
Privacy, Confidentiality, And Public Information
Your use of ResearchHub is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, personal, health, student, Indigenous knowledge, or sensitive community information unless you are authorized to do so and the workflow is appropriate for that information.
Only public-profile and public-page content should be treated as public. Internal notes, draft records, private messages, source-review notes, settings, and admin data are restricted information.
Suspension, Changes, And Availability
ResearchHub may limit, suspend, or remove access if an account appears compromised, violates these terms, no longer has an appropriate role, or creates operational, legal, privacy, or security risk.
Features, pages, templates, matching logic, AI tools, integrations, and data sources may change over time as the pilot develops. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, incidents, or hosting interruptions.
