Get help with accounts, researcher profiles, and partnership requests.

If you already have a Research Connector Hub account, contact your research administrator from inside the signed-in dashboard (Messages or Account Settings).

Include your organization or institution, the page or workflow you were using, and a brief description of the issue so staff can respond quickly.

If you cannot sign in yet, use Login to request access or complete an invitation first, then reach out to research admin from your account.
